About us
I believe that when we surround ourselves with beauty and harmony, we begin to see — and transform — the world in a brighter, more meaningful light.
Through VIVIARTE, I invite you into a culture of everyday artful living — to wake up embraced by beauty, to feel inspired to radiate positivity, and to contribute to a world that is richer, warmer, and more harmonious.
My vision for VIVIARTE was born from the creative women in my own family — women who, for generations, expressed beauty through their hands. Inspired by this creative heritage, I chose to open the space not only to painting, but also to craftsmanship.
The journey began with my mother’s artful knitted textile jewelry and accessories — contemporary pieces crafted with skill and devotion, carrying tradition into modern life. Through VIVIARTE, art and craft meet in a shared celebration of handmade beauty.
Meet the Founder
If I had to define myself in one word, it would be Creating.
I am not sure whether I found it, or Creating found me — but it is woven into everything I do. I create because of a constant, powerful inner drive to contribute to a more beautiful and meaningful world.
I draw inspiration from aesthetics, travel, and nature — and from the quiet joy of sharing beauty with others.
My name is Valeria Vidula, and I am the founder of ViviArte. Together with the artists and makers who are part of our journey, I invite you to explore a world of everyday artful living.
Here you will discover original paintings, cozy knitwear, distinctive jewelry, and thoughtfully crafted home décor — each piece created with the intention of bringing warmth, inspiration, and beauty into your life.
Artist Statement
I believe that surrounding ourselves with beauty and harmony changes the way we see the world.
Light and its emotional resonance are at the center of my landscapes, seascapes, and florals — a symbol of hope and inner strength.
Working in mixed media and oil, I use vibrant yet harmonious color and subtle golden accents to create personal interpretations of what inspires me.
Through my paintings, I seek to bring harmony into contemporary environments, guided by a belief in the transformative power of beauty.
Artist Bio: Valeria Vidula
Valeria Vidula is a mixed-media and oil painter born in Plovdiv — the oldest continuously inhabited city in Europe, with origins dating back to 4000 BC. The city’s layered cultural heritage — Thracian, Roman, and Byzantine — forms an intrinsic part of her artistic sensibility, grounding her work in a dialogue between history, beauty, and timeless presence.
Valeria initially developed her artistic voice through self-directed study and mentorship with renowned artists from the Society of Bulgarian Artists in Plovdiv, later continuing her training with master artists from France and Moscow. After building a successful career in business management and entrepreneurship, she recognized that artful living was not simply a passion, but an essential part of her identity. She subsequently completed a two-year intensive professional program at the Milan Art Institute, refining her technical mastery and deepening her conceptual approach to painting.
Her work has been presented in gallery exhibitions and art fairs in Sofia and Plovdiv alongside emerging contemporary artists. Her collectors are often accomplished professional women drawn to art that brings vibrancy, refinement, and emotional resonance into both home and work environments.
Inspired by beauty in its many forms, Valeria paints florals, landscapes, and seascapes influenced by her travels through Italy, Greece, and the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. While her presence is calm and composed, her paintings reveal a vibrant emotional undercurrent — a quiet intensity expressed through light, color, and movement.
Working in mixed media, she embraces the fluidity of acrylic inks, the elegance of gold accents, and the depth and luminosity of oils as a final layer. Beyond painting, her creative practice extends to porcelain, ceramics, jewelry, and handcrafted textiles made from luxury natural yarns. Each medium becomes a distinct language through which she explores texture, harmony, and the transformative power of beauty.
Her style can be described as contemporary realism with subtle abstraction — a balance between structure and freedom — designed to bring luminous harmony into modern interior spaces.
Artist Bio: Maria Risheva (Mimi)
A story of creative women spanning generations.
Mimi is the heart and inspiration behind the handknits category at ViviArte. She inherited her passion and craftsmanship from her mother and grandmother, continuing a family tradition where creativity was expressed through skilled hands and patient dedication.
Rooted in traditional techniques, Mimi reinterprets classic designs with a contemporary sensibility, transforming each piece into an elegant statement of modern femininity. She works with carefully selected natural materials — cashmere, mohair, silk, and linen — often enriching her creations with delicate sequins or crystals to add a subtle touch of luxury.
Skilled in both knitting and crocheting, she thoughtfully combines techniques in innovative ways, giving every design a distinctive character.
For Mimi, each creation is more than an accessory — it is an invitation for a woman to feel joy, confidence, and self-appreciation through something beautifully handcrafted.
