Refund policy

Overview

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of receiving your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Prior to sending the item back please notify us using the contact form. We will send you instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

The money will be refunded to the bank account given by the customer*. It may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

*After receiving the returned item, our team will contact you via email for additional bank details.

Exchanges

You should be aware that our items are hand made which makes each one unique and different from the other and therefore exchanges are not possible.

Shipping returns

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided in our email with instructions on returning an item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
