Shipping Method and Time

Unless indicated differently in the product description, all items on the site are available for shipping immediately.

Please note that some art items, depending on the method of their creation and materials used, may not be immediately ready for shipping. For handknit items which are made upon individual order allow for 3-4 weeks for their crafting or as indicated in the product information section, subject to confirmation by email from Viviarte.

Once the item is packed and ready for shipping, the following indicative delivery time would apply. Please note that these depend on the courier operations in the different countries and we are not responsible for any inaccuracies or delays.

Shipping within Bulgaria

For Bulgaria we work with Speedy or Econt. Don’t forget to add your office of choice in the comments or address section in your check out form.

The delivery time for Bulgaria is usually within 1-2 working days from shipping.

Shipping to Europe

Viviarte delivers to Europe by using international courier service. Simply be sure to fill your correct shipping address and your order will be delivered to it.

The standard delivery time varies and is usually within 3-9 business days after the order is handed over to the courier.

Express delivery is usually within 3 business days after the order is handed over to the courier.

Once the order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please note that paintings with bigger dimensions* can only be delivered unframed and rolled in a pack. Putting a frame afterwords will be entirely at the cost and responsibility of the purchaser.

*bigger dimensions are considered items where the sum of the length and the height of the painting exceed 140 cm.

Shipping to other contries outside the Europe

Currently Viviarte is servicing a limited list of markets outside of Europe - you can find in the list of countries at checkout. We are continuously expanding our range of delivery countries in the world. However, if you don't find your country in the list and would love to have an item from our collections delivered, please send us an email by using the contact form on the website.

Custom Duties

Please note that any customs duties, if required in your country, are to be handled by the customer locally. 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be calculated automatically before checking out once you have entered the exact shipping address and requested delivery method. Please note that the shipping cost is calculated based on the courier rates for such art items and are subject to changes at the courier discretion.
