Summer Sweetness

Inspired by the warmth of summers by the sea, Summer Sweetness captures the rich colors of ripening figs bathed in golden sunlight. Although it may be early for figs, as this painting was made in June, summer is already in the air – bringing long sunny days, vibrant colors, and the promise of sweetness yet to come.

Layers of luminous turquoises, deep purples, and warm amber tones evoke memories of seaside afternoons, gentle breezes, warm sunsets and nature's abundance.
